 在申请过程中，撰写英文版的个人陈述是国外学校非常看重的一个部分。学生可以通过自己的个人陈述，向国外申请学校展示自己的特别之处和个人想法。关于个人陈述的写作，没有具体的格式要求，学生可以围绕以下的几个方面撰写。 

1. Your reasons for choosing the award/course. 选择拟申请课程的理由； 

2. The knowledge, skills and positions of responsibility you have obtained through your work and/or education (whether paid, voluntary or domestic) which might be relevant to the award/course 你在学习中已获取的与申请课程相关的知识、技能； 

3. the work experiences and/or personal developments which have been most important to you 对你最重要的工作经历或者个人发展经历；

4. the challenges facing you in your studies, work or personal career development 你学习、工作和个人发展中所面临的挑战； 

5. your future career plans 你以后的个人发展计划。

    以上几个方面供参考，学生可以根据自己的具体情况，添加其他相关的内容。
